However, you must cancel your order before it is shipped.

I entered a wrong address, what now?
If you entered an incorrect address, please wait for your order confirmation email.
Once you have checked if the address provided is incorrect, please let us know by email at. If the address provided is incorrect, we can change it to the correct address within 24 hours. No refunds will be issued after 24 hours of incorrect submission
RETURNS
The product you wish to return must be unopened, undamaged and in the original, unopened packaging. You can return the ordered products within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason (Reflection period).

The product must be delivered to us without damage. If you want to exchange the product for another product, we will charge shipping costs again. You are responsible for loss and/or damage during return shipment.
